1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our policies. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Our Services

We provide web development, design, digital marketing, and related services as described on our website. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement. In the event of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback to help us deliver the best results.

• Provide all required content, assets, and access on agreed timelines
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period
• Ensure all materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is property of Anayat Global Works Private Limited and protected under Indian and international copyright law.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. General-purpose tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code remain our property and are licensed, not sold.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments, timelines, and refund policies will be outlined in the respective proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST

6. Project Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes are not our responsibility. Timelines will be adjusted accordingly and communicated in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project. We will not disclose your project details or business information to third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anayat Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. On termination you shall pay for all work completed to the termination date. Clauses relating to IP, payment, liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali / Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 1 August 2026.
