Custom WordPress-to-Catsone ATS sync, Twilio-automated candidate communications and Python resume scraping for a national hospitality recruiter.

A national US hospitality recruiter needed their WordPress site to actually work for them — talking to their ATS, messaging candidates automatically, and sourcing new applicants on its own. We built all three.
The existing platform couldn't support the volume of transactions or the complexity of multi-supplier ordering required for the next phase of growth.
Multiple suppliers with different catalogues, pricing structures, and ordering systems needed to be unified under one interface.
Restaurant buyers needed accurate, real-time stock levels across all supplier catalogues to avoid failed orders and disappointment.
The Restaurant Zone, a national US hospitality recruiter, had an established WordPress site but needed it to do far more than serve pages — candidate data was trapped between systems, communication with candidates was manual, and sourcing at scale had no tooling behind it.
Restaurant buyers frequently order from mobile devices — the existing interface was not optimised for this primary use case.
Net terms, credit accounts, and bulk payment workflows required for B2B were absent from any available off-the-shelf solution.
Supplier and restaurant onboarding friction was limiting the platform's ability to grow its marketplace network.
We built a custom WordPress plugin from scratch to create a live two-way data sync between their WordPress site and Catsone, their applicant tracking system — exchanging candidate records, resumes and application data in real time, without any manual intervention. On top of that, we integrated Twilio to automate candidate communications, sending interview invites and notifications directly from the platform, with email workflows wired in alongside it.\n\nWhen the client needed a faster way to source candidates at scale, we wrote a Python script to scrape and parse resumes from external sources, feeding directly into their pipeline. Server issues were diagnosed and fixed along the way, and site speed was significantly improved.
The result was one of the most technically varied engagements we have taken on — a WordPress site that now talks to their ATS in real time, automates candidate outreach, and feeds itself new candidates through automated sourcing. We continue to support the platform as it grows.

Chosen for reliability, performance, and the ability to support complex supplier and restaurant workflows at scale.
We modernised fragmented workflows and manual tasks into an intelligent system that improves efficiency and client experience.
Manual ordering via phone and email with no digital audit trail
Real-time digital ordering with full order history, tracking, and notifications
Supplier catalogues managed in spreadsheets with no live inventory
Unified multi-supplier catalogue with real-time inventory updates
No mobile ordering capability for on-the-go restaurant buyers
Progressive web app delivering a native-quality mobile experience
B2B payment terms tracked manually with high risk of error
Automated credit and net-terms management integrated directly into checkout
We began with discovery — mapping every workflow, integration point, and data dependency before writing a line of code. This front-loaded investment eliminated costly mid-build pivots.
